What will be in this Amendment:1.  Christian displays, symbolic or otherwise, can be displayed during Christian Holidays at Government Buildings that were created with the support of people of Christian Faith who paid taxes used to construct these buildings.  The government shall not interpret what is Christian Faith.  This shall be the sole domain of any individual professing to be a Christian.2.  Christian Bibles, Tracts, Literature (Paper, TV, Digital Media) can be displayed and given access to others at any Federal, State, or Local Government Building3.  Christian Bible Scriptures can be displayed at any courthouse in the USA, including the TEN COMMANDMENTS4.  Christians can pray and thank God in JESUS NAME at any public school event or public university event in the USA.  This includes commencement speeches and classroom homework assignments.5.  Public School Teachers and Administrators may not prevent Christian Teachers or Christian Students from displaying their Art or Textual Compositions in the Classroom or at Public Events.  Religious Expression of Christianity is to be given EQUAL rights and protection under the law just as any other form of speech.6.  Christians will not be discriminated against for expressing belief in 'Intelligent Design' or 'Biblical Creation' in public schools or the government workplace.7.  Christians will not be discriminated against for refusing to perform a service or create a product that violates their conscience and conviction of their beliefs, nor because they wear adornment that expresses their Christian Faith (pins, clothing, symbols, etc)8.  Public Schools and Universities may not withhold 'Student Organization' funding, promotion, or facility access because the membership requirements of the 'Student Organization' is exclusive to members who follow 'Student Organization Created' guidelines/requirements for membership.  9.  Christian Business people may refuse to render services or products to people they feel will violate their religious convictions and Christian Business ethics without government penalty or litigation penalty.10.  No Military or government organization can prevent the free discussion or promotion of the Christian's faith in the public domain, workplace, or personal home.  Thus, Bible studies are a constitutional right in any city, location, or government facility/location.11.  Christian funerals and expression of faith must be permitted at all government facilities, hospitals and cemeteries. 12.  Christian Military Chaplains can refuse to perform marriages or services anywhere, anytime, without penalty or discrimination if the rite or ritual violates their religious convictions.  No Christian Clergy person can be forced to violate their conscience by being forced to use Christian Churches and Properties to perform any religious rite or ritual.13.  Prayer at any government meeting must be permitted if any official member of the government included in the meeting wishes a Christian prayer to be said.  This includes any city council meeting, county board meeting, public school meeting, State Assembly Meeting, National Congressional Meeting, etc.  14.  No one from government shall arrest or prevent a Christian from praying in, praising or extolling the NAME OF JESUS Christ for any purpose, any reason, any time, any meeting, any place, anywhere in the USA.15.  Any government official that takes an 'oath of office' must be permitted to take a Christian oath if desired, invoking the name of JESUS if desired, swearing on a Bible if desired.  16.  All courts and judges must permit Bibles in their courtrooms for any purpose, including taking oaths of office or truthfulness.17.  Bibles can be made available at any private or public building for any reason and at any time, without prejudice or discrimination, by people of Christian Faith.18.  Libraries will not discriminate against Christian books, media, and literature in their inventories, for any reason, and will make access to such literature available without discrimination.19.  No American Citizen will be discriminated against for publicly professing their Christian Faith either in private industry or public employment.20.  No American Citizen of Christian Faith can be incarcerated or held liable financially for their personal and public expression of Christian Faith.21.  No State or Federal Tax, including Property Tax, Income Tax, Sales Tax, or Excise Tax of any kind can be levied against a Christian Church or Group organized for the propagation of the Christian Faith or Christian Ministry.  22.  Christians who are discriminated against for their Christian Faith by any employer are entitled to litigation damages that are equal to any other American who is awarded damages.23.  Christian children will not be forced to participate in any class, activity, or speech that violates their parents Christian Faith or conscience.  This includes teachings in public schools that Christian Parents consider immoral or antagonistic to their Christian Faith, even if the government declares these teachings constitutional and acceptable.  No discrimination against children of Christian Faith will be permitted because they have been removed from such teachings at their parents request.24.  This constitutional amendment must be read in public by all government employees, officials, and school teachers once per year and published in all government publications by all government institutions and officials.
